Like any institution DALC equally attracted students who were either lazy or lacked indiscipline. They had been in bad books with the institution and were under threat of being expelled. You can imagine how much a negative publicity would mean for such students. How easy it would be to tell their parents or guardians to stop wasting money in a bogus institution. These were the ones who ended up escalating negativity while others buying fake transcripts and certificates from sacked staff or family members that were dismissed.
